Indigo Path Collective

About Indigo Path Collective

Indigo Path Collective is an online counseling practice and relationship-improvement company that provides trauma-informed counseling for adults, couples, families, and relationship systems in Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

The practice also develops practical frameworks, professional education and training, books, and educational resources that help individuals, managers, leaders, and organizations strengthen relationships, improve organizational functioning, and advance overall well-being through practical, evidence-informed behavioral science.

Relationship improvement is the foundation of Indigo Path Collective's work. Through online counseling, professional education and training, books, practical frameworks, videos, playbooks, and other educational resources, Indigo translates behavioral science into practical strategies that people can apply at home, at work, and across communities.

Indigo Path Collective is led by founder Dr. Jeremy Henderson-Teelucksingh, a behavioral health professional, author, and developer of practical frameworks that translate evidence-informed behavioral science into healthier relationships, stronger management, values-aligned leadership, and improved organizational functioning. Dr. Henderson-Teelucksingh is the creator of the Human Relations Matrix 2.0 and Values-Aligned Functioning (Values AF), and the author of The Trauma-Informed You, The Trauma-Informed Manager, and The Human Relations Matrix 2.0. The company offers freely available educational resources through A Better Us, a publication dedicated to practical insights for healthier relationships and stronger systems, as well as articles, videos, playbooks, and other educational content designed to make behavioral science practical, accessible, and actionable.

Our values guide us

At Indigo Path Collective, values are not just beliefs. They are behaviors. We do not list values to impress. We name them so we can live them—openly, imperfectly, and in full view.

Here are a few values that guide how we work, connect, and grow:

Wellness

We believe that wellness is not a luxury. It is the result of values and behaviors in alignment. We aim to practice what we teach.

Security

We define security through authentic relationships, financial grounding, and a belief in a society where equity and progress are possible.

Love

Love is the core of who we are. It informs how we listen, how we lead, and how we respond to pain.

Joy

Joy does not have to be earned. We believe in creating space for laughter, ease, and lightness, especially in hard work.

Relationships

Connection is not an afterthought. Supportive relationships are a source of resilience and a reason to keep going.

Abundance

We reject scarcity thinking and believe in a life and business model with enough support, time, possibility, and care.

Competence

We combine education, creativity, and technology to deliver trauma-informed, inclusive, and effective services.

Activism

We are trauma-informed, speak up, and center identity, equity, and systems change. We know that silence is not neutral.

This list is not exhaustive. Some days, these values show up more clearly than others, but they are always the direction we are moving in.
