Dr. Jeremy Henderson-Teelucksingh, DBH (tee luck sing) is a mental and behavioral health counselor and the founder of Indigo Path Collective. Guided by a lifelong commitment to wellness everywhere at home, at work, and across our communities, Jeremy’s work is grounded in the belief that fulfilling lives are built through healthy relationships, supportive systems, and clear, trustworthy information.

Jeremy provides online mental and behavioral health counseling for adults, couples, families, and people in diverse relationship structures who are navigating trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anger, chronic illness, and chronic stress. His clinical approach is trauma-informed, insight-oriented, and values-guided, helping clients make sense of complex experiences and move toward lives that feel more meaningful and aligned. Counseling is primarily grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with integration of neuroscience, humanistic, psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems-informed perspectives.

Jeremy is an out counselor and long-standing advocate for the LGBTGEQIAP+ community. His work is informed by multicultural and social justice perspectives and emphasizes dignity, autonomy, and respect in the therapeutic relationship. He is board-certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Board-Certified Telemental Health Provider.

In addition to counseling, Jeremy collaborates with healthcare providers, educators, and organizations to strengthen access to mental and behavioral health support. He is the author of Managing Success, The Human Relations Matrix, The Human Relations Matrix 2.0, and The Trauma-Informed Manager, and leads educational and consultation efforts that focus on trauma-informed care, integrated behavioral health, and healthy workplace functioning. These efforts are designed to complement, not replace, clinical care and reflect the same commitment to ethical, relationship-centered practice.
