Counselor, Coach, Consultant
“If you want your life to change,
You have to change your life”
Jeremy Henderson-Teelucksingh, DBH (tee-luck-sing) is a counselor, leadership and management coach, and corporate and community human relations consultant. Jeremy is the founder of Indigo Path Collective and the author of Managing Success, The Human Relations Matrix, and The Human Relations Matrix 2.0: Equity, Change, and Culture for the Modern Workplace. Guided by a lifelong commitment to wellness everywhere—at work, at home, and across our communities—Jeremy helps individuals and organizations align relationships, systems, and information to create environments where people and performance thrive.
As a counselor, Jeremy works with adults, couples, families, and polyamorous relationships navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anger, chronic illness, and chronic stress. Jeremy is an “out” counselor and long-standing advocate for the LGBTGEQIAP+ community, offering care informed by multicultural and social justice perspectives. Jeremy is a National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) board-certified National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and Board Certified Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH). Counseling is primarily grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with integration of neuroscience, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Biodyne Model. This approach helps clients accept difficult experiences and build values-guided, fulfilling lives.
As a coach, Jeremy developed Values-Aligned Functioning (Values AF), a framework for bold, authentic, and principle-driven action. Jeremy works with leaders, managers, and individuals to align personal and professional choices with their core values, fostering resilience, presence, and purposeful impact. Through one-on-one coaching and team sessions, Jeremy equips clients to thrive in environments where integrity and clarity drive success.
As a consultant, Jeremy brings more than two decades of corporate leadership experience from roles at Salesforce, eBay, VeriSign, and Aricent (now Capgemini). Consulting work specializes in trauma-informed employee engagement and workplace wellness. Jeremy helps organizations integrate equity, wellness, and productivity by aligning relationships, systems, and information. Consulting engagements have guided companies to strengthen and renew cultures, advance manager effectiveness, improve collaboration, and achieve recognition on platforms such as Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For.
Jeremy holds a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) from Cummings Graduate Institute, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University, and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
