“If you want your life to change,
You have to change your life”
Jeremy Henderson-Teelucksingh (tee-luck-sing) is a counselor, leadership and management coach, and corporate and community human relations consultant. Jeremy brings passion, innovation, and creativity to Jeremy’s clients to enable them to live fulfilling lives at home, work, and in their communities.
As a counselor, Jeremy works with adults (individuals, couples, and families) who experience PTSD/trauma, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. Jeremy also works with the LGBTGEQIAP+ community (teens and adults) and is an “out” counselor with a history of diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging advocacy. Jeremy approaches counseling from a multicultural and social justice viewpoint and has lived and worked in many US states and countries, which Jeremy draws from to understand the client’s unique experience.
Jeremy focuses on helping counseling clients live fulfilling lives by developing a willingness to accept painful thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations so they can move forward and live a values-guided, fulfilling life. Jeremy is primarily an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) counselor who applies key concepts from neuroscience and the Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) counseling modalities.
Before becoming a clinical mental health counselor, Jeremy spent nearly 20 years in the technology industry. Jeremy was frequently the first-ever employee engagement leader, guiding the employee, manager, and leadership experiences at companies like Salesforce, eBay, VeriSign, and Aricent. While leading Jungle Red Communication, Jeremy served as a consultant to numerous industry-leading organizations to identify and implement company strategy and values and improve leadership and management effectiveness, employee collaboration and programs, systems, training, and communications. Jeremy enabled growth by putting people at the center of the business, resulting in improved workplace relationships and increased productivity, employment brand awareness, and the achievement of industry awards, such as the coveted Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list. Today, Jeremy focuses on enabling companies to develop wellness at work as a consultant and advisor.
Jeremy authored Managing Success: A Manager’s Guide to Effective Employee Relationships and The Human Relations Matrix: The Secret to Workplace Productivity.
