This assessment is grounded in human relations science, behavioral health, and the trauma-informed principles embedded within the Human Relations Matrix 2.0.

Grounded in the Human Relations Matrix 2.0, the Organizational Functioning Assessment & Diagnostic goes beyond sentiment and looks at how your organization is actually operating day-to-day.

This mixed-methods assessment evaluates four domains that shape both culture and productivity:
