Identify your core leadership values and the single guiding-light value at your center. Discuss your current leadership challenges and lay the groundwork for future growth.

Explore how your values influence your decisions and leadership style. Identify gaps between intention and behavior, and build strategies for alignment.
Session 3: Behavioral Activation
